LSU Econometrics Conference on Spatial and Spatiotemporal Econometrics

Try to fly directly to the Baton Rouge airport (BTR). Just take a cab (we will reimburse your fare) to the Lod Cook Conference Center and Hotel (http://www.cookconferencecenter.org/, phone 225-383-2665) at the LSU campus (www.lsu.edu). The specific address is 3848 West Lakeshore Drive They should have a reservation in your name.

Program:

We will begin with a dinner at the Faculty Club (225-578-6642), located at Highland Road on the LSU campus, at 6:30PM on Friday November 7^th. This is within walking distance of the Lod Cook Conference Center and Hotel.

We will have paper presentations from 8AM-5PM at Lod Cook (lunch will be served) on Saturday, November 8^th.

At 7PM on Saturday, November 8^th we will dine at Juban’s (www.jubans.com, 225-346-8422) located at 3739 Perkins Road.

On Sunday, November 9^th we will have paper presentations from 8AM-12PM, and I will take those individuals who wish to stay to lunch at a place to be determined at that time.

We will have roughly one hour per paper. Presentations should take from 30-35 minutes, discussion from 15-20 minutes, and the remainder will be a break. We do not have formal discussants, but will rely on the participants to keep things lively!

Please supply a copy of the itinerary with price of round-trip tickets along with your boarding passes. Also, save your cab receipts.
